I’m Robin VanDerveer, owner of No Time Like Now Travel, and I specialize in cruises and tropical adventures. Fueled by coffee, episodes of Somebody Feed Phil, and a seriously contagious case of wanderlust, I love turning your spontaneous travel dreams into reality, because time is a luxury we can’t afford to waste
Why Cruises, Tropical Escapes and Other Adventures?
Because they’re where I know my stuff. Two decades of planning events and running hospitality taught me what makes a trip feel effortless, and what makes it feel like a group project nobody signed up for. I know which ships are floating resorts and which are floating regrets, which ports are worth the excursion and which are better with a cocktail and a lounge chair, and which resorts have the good pool and which just have a good photo of the pool.
How I Work
I listen first. Some people want a rocking chair and a book, some want zip lines and tequila tastings, and some want both before lunch. I’ll find the trip that fits you, handle the details, and be around if anything goes sideways. Event planning taught me that the best plans have backup plans, and I bring that mindset to every trip. My goal? To help you fall in love with travel, whether it’s your first trip or your fiftieth. “Someday” has a terrible track record. Let’s pick a date!
